Mark Colatrella is an accountant with more than 25 years of experience providing consulting and bookkeeping services to artists, creative individuals, and nonprofits.

The presentation will center on the establishment and ongoing maintenance of a basic bookkeeping and accounting system to appropriately measure financial results that will enable efficient and effective preparation of the annual tax return and financial statements for artists, creative individuals, small businesses and arts organizations. Discussion will also include internal controls, cash versus accrual basis and information regarding entity types and structuring considerations (such as corporations, partnerships, LLCs, etc.).

Parking: Our building is located on the corner of N Miami Ave and NE 11th Street. The Cisneros Fontanals Art Foundation (CIFO) is generously providing parking in their lot located across the street from our building at 1018 N Miami Ave, (the entrance to the lot will be on your right). Metered parking is also available on N Miami Ave and on 11th and 10th Streets.
