About Whoop Dee Doo
Whoop Dee Doo is a non-profit faux public access television show that is based in Kansas City, MO and lead by approximately twenty Kansas City-based artists and volunteers. They host live, free shows and workshops with their host communities focusing on under-served youth groups. Whoop Dee Doo debuts the installation and performance MONSTER STEREO, and describes it as a ground-breaking new innovation in horror-fidelity sound. Ten Whoop Dee Doo artists and six high school students from URGENT, Inc.’s Rites of Passage Program in the Little Haiti neighborhood of Miami, will work to create and perform in MONSTER STEREO, which promises to be a unique and spooky multi-sensory experience.
